ProEx announces that physical therapist Rob Kaulbach, DPT, OMT, FAAOMPT of Hamilton, MA has been named Clinic Manager of the new ProEx Middleton, MA clinic at 215 South Main Street (Route 114), scheduled to open in mid-July.
Kaulbach, who comes to ProEx Physical Therapy with 11 years of experience as a physical therapist, graduated from Union College in Schenectady, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and received his Master of Physical Therapy (MSPT) from Simmons College in Boston. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from MGH Institute of Health Professionals.
Kaulbach earned Full Fellow status from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) after doing 2 additional years of specialty training in manual therapy.
Originally from Marblehead, MA, Kaulbach lives in Hamilton with his wife Merry and their two children. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, soccer, hiking, water sports, skiing and house projects.

Situated just north of Route 95, the 3,000 square foot Middleton, MA clinic is slated to open in mid-July. The new facility was designed to meet patients’ needs and will feature state-of-the-art equipment, a comfortable atmosphere with abundant natural sun light, and a friendly and experienced staff.
