ProEx is happy to announce that Lindsay Hirschfeld of Haverhill, Massachusetts has been named an exercise technician at the Haverhill location. In this role, Hirschfeld, under the supervision of staff members, will instruct, motivate, safeguard and assist patients with their therapeutic exercise programs.
Hirschfeld is a graduate of Salem State University and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to coming on board with ProEx, she was a trainer with Get in Shape for Women. Hirschfeld recently volunteered with the Boston Athletic Association at the Boston Marathon.
Originally from Beverly, she now lives in Haverhill where in her spare time she enjoys exercising, playing lacrosse, reading, hiking, kayaking, swimming and the study of biomechanics. “We welcome Lindsay to the ProEx family,” said Karen Murphy, Clinic Manager at ProEx. “Her energy, skill and commitment to patients make her a fine addition to our people focused organization.”
