ProEx Physical Therapy has joined the Professional Physical Therapy family!

Dear Loyal Customer,

In the spirit of ProEx Physical Therapy’s promise to always communicate clearly with our patients, I’d like to convey an important message to you.  As you may know, in May of 2017, ProEx made the decision to partner with a larger group, Professional Physical Therapy. We have since experienced tremendous growth, growing from 16 clinics to 32 in just a ten month period.  While we continue to stay focused on providing you with the best experience possible, we have also become a stronger company, providing expanded services (in state-of-the-art facilities), along with greater convenience to our patients in nearby locations across five states.

As we continue to expand our footprint in the New England area, we feel it is increasingly important to our new communities, physicians, and patients, that we are recognized as one company, under one name, which we will be changing to Professional Physical Therapy.

Over the next few months, you will see new facilities opening under the Professional Physical Therapy name.  With that, there are three essential details you should know:

  1. Our promise remains the same. ProEx’s promise to provide you with an exceptional patient experience remains our highest priority. Only the name will change. We will continue to operate with the Same Caring Staff, Same LocationsSame High Quality Care, Same Expertise and Leadership Team.
  2. Consistency you can count on.  We invest in our clinicians, so you receive exceptional care, every time! We offer the industry’s most robust clinical training program that runs for two and a half years, with the sole purpose of having the best trained clinicians to offer you the finest treatment!
  3. We know you have a choice. For over 17 years, our patients have placed their trust in us to provide an optimal healing environment, and we will continue to earn your loyalty, every day.

The existing 26 ProEx branded locations will undergo the name change at some point over the next couple of months, and we will provide ongoing communication to you as we build up to our official name change.

We are also happy to inform you that we have 5 new convenient locations set to open this spring in Winchester, Allston, Newton, Andover and Lynnfield. Plus, we recently acquired Ramsey Rehab, with locations in Fitchburg, Leominster, Holden, Spencer, Tyngsboro and Orange, Massachusetts. All of these new clinics will be under the one brand -- Professional Physical Therapy.

We are very excited about the evolution of our company, and are thrilled to be able to continue to be the PT provider of choice for you, your family and friends.
