Dear Valued Patient,January 14, 2014
Happy New Year! As we reflect on 2013, we thank you for turning to ProEx for your physical therapy needs. It’s been a pleasure to work with you and we look forward to delivering an even higher level of service in 2014.
Healthcare Reform means change — and we welcome that! Innovative companies are the ones that become industry leaders during times of change, and our employees represent some of the brightest and most innovative in our industry.
We hope that reform drives competition because competition is healthy and typically drives quality up and pricing down, which is always good for you, the patient. There is a concern that large healthcare organizations will become too powerful and limit their patient’s choices, which may be counterproductive to all the great things competition produces for the consumer and we all are consumers of healthcare now! However, the Affordable Care Act is requiring larger healthcare organizations to be more transparent and accountable with respect to customer satisfaction, patient outcomes and cost effectiveness.
Our number one goal is to continually find ways to deliver the best possible experience to you. That’s why we launched our cutting edge ProEx for Life treatment approach last year — one that focuses on you as a whole person, not just an injured body part. You’ll always be on the receiving end of the ProEx Promise: to value your time, communicate clearly, get to know you, and to provide a comfortable atmosphere. And we do all this at the lowest cost to you (not all therapy costs the same, it is especially evident with high deductible plans- shop around and ask!).
ProEx was founded in 2001 and is 100% locally owned by physical therapists. We have a passion for physical therapy and total patient care. We are focused on customer service, improving clinical outcomes and delivering care in the most cost effective manner.
We owe our growth to loyal patients like you, thank you. Please continue your support by referring a friend or family member to ProEx when they need physical therapy services.
The greatest compliment is when we hear a patient tell their referring doctor, “I want to go to ProEx.” Remember that you, your friends and family, do have a “choice” when it comes to physical therapy. Thanks for taking the time to read this letter, and we hope you’ll continue to choose ProEx!
