proex_move_challenge.pngAt ProEx Physical Therapy, we want you to live a healthy life. That's why we're inviting you to join our Marathon of Healthy Habits Challenge just in time for the annual historic Boston Marathon!

It's easy. Each week we'll focus on one of the four categories that comprise our ProEx For Life treatment approach. These are: MOVE, FEEL, NOURISH AND REFLECT.

We'll give you daily tips and suggested add-ins to incorporate into your daily routine. All you have to do is log your activity!

The Challenge kicks off on the first day of Spring, March 20th and ends on Thursday, April 17th. Do your best to make these small changes over the upcoming 4 weeks, and see how much better you'll feel. Just turn in your completed log at the end of the Challenge period and you'll be eligible to win an item from our sleek apparel line!

Winners will be announced on April 25th.

Week 1 3/20-3/27 MOVE
Week 2 3/27-4/3 FEEL
Week 3 4/3-4/10 NOURISH
Week 4 4/10-4/17 REFLECT
