Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp

ProEx Physical Therapy and Seacoast United, New England’s premier indoor sports complex, will offer a 9-week strength and conditioning summer program for athletes of all levels. Proex PT, a popular local physical therapy company, is partnering with Seacoast United to offer the very latest techniques and comprehensive approaches to athletic conditioning.

The Strength and Conditioning Program is open to athletes aged 13 and older, and consists of two-hour training sessions, two or four times a week, Monday through Thursday, beginning on June 18th and concluding on August 23rd.
The sessions involve 90 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardiovascular, flexibility, speed, and agility work. A two-day per week program is offered for athletes already participating in a summer sport. In addition, there will be a fundamentals program for kids between 10-12 years of age. All sessions are held at Seacoast United Indoor Sports Complex at 311 Winnacunnet Rd in Hampton.

Thanks to a team of registered physical therapists, licensed athletic trainers, and certified strength and condition specialists, Seacoast United and Stratham PT can offer program participants advantages unavailable elsewhere.  “This program is staffed by professionals who are proficient in sports medicine and sport conditioning,”

Comprehensive program to prepare athlete for fall sport 2 hour training sessions 4 days per week for ages 13 and up.

Session 1: June 1st - July 31st Monday - Thursday 2pm - 4pm, 4pm - 6pm, 6pm - 8pm

Session 2: June 22nd - Aug 21st Monday - Thursday 7am - 9am, 4pm - 6pm, 6pm - 8pm

 

Silver $350

Designed for the athlete already in-season 2 days per week 2 hour training sessions for Ages 13 and up.

Session 1: June 1st - July 31st Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs 2pm - 4pm, 4pm - 6pm, 6pm - 8pm

Session 2: June 22nd - Aug 21st Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs 7am - 9am, 4pm - 6pm, 6pm - 8pm

 

Bronze $60

Three week introduction to fundamentals Designed to educate beginners on strength and conditioning 2 days per week 1 hour training sessions for ages 8 - 12.

Aug 10th - Aug 21st Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs
