Matt McManus, PT and Regional Clinical Director at ProEx, will be a guest lecturer at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston where he will speak to employees on proper golf mechanics. McManus has a long history of providing training techniques specific to the sport of golf. He has used an approach that has been beneficial to golfers of any scale, from amateur to professional.
Matt's unique style involves analyzing the golfer's swing and then completing a full strength and flexibility assessment. This assessment helps the athlete to recognize weakness and limitations in their golf swing. McManus then provides proper strength and flexibility exercises to improve unstable areas of the body and achieve a more effective golf swing. Matt will discuss the key areas most golfers need to assess and strengthen to improve their golf swing quality and decrease their risk of injury.
