Our 14th ProEx physical therapy and sports medicine clinic located in the heart of North Andover, MA. You can find us directly off Rt 125 and minutes from 495 or 93. This 1200 square foot space has been newly renovated and is located inside the same building as Choice Fitness. North Andover is currently operating with two physical therapists.

Gino received his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2002 and went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2005. After joining the ProEx Physical Therapy in 2007, Gino has served as the clinic manager of the Epping, NH office since 2008. He has since completed a one-year post-graduate residency program focusing on advanced orthopedic manual skills in 2008. He has been certified by Workwell Systems, Inc. to conduct functional capacity evaluations and implement work conditioning programs for injured workers. Gino is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and was invited to present his research at their annual conference in 2005. He continues to actively progress his professional training through continuing education courses, including the ProEducation Series.
Dave worked as an Exercise Technician/Coop with ProEx while completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Northeastern University; he realized his desire to make physical therapy his career when he was in high school and a patient on three separate occasions at ProEx. Prior to joining ProEx, Dave was a Physical Therapist with Hallmark Health Systems. Dave lives in his hometown of Reading and enjoys playing and teaching tennis, running half marathons and watching Boston sports teams in his spare time. He is a past volunteer with Special Olympics Massachusetts.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2000, then went on to complete a one-year post graduate residency training in advanced manual therapy and exercise techniques in 2003. Jess has over 12 years of experience working in the field of physical therapy with multiple populations. She specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports medicine and has extensive experience in the rehabilitation and management of torticollis in children. Jess is also certified in pre and post natal fitness for women which she illustrated favorably as Co-Director of Pre and Post Natal Fitness Program for Baystate Wellness Center from 2002-2005. During that time Jess also served as a physical therapist for Baystate Sport Training. She actively continues her education in manual therapy, Medical Exercise Therapy and women's health through the ProEducation Series and other professional courses. When not treating patients, Jess practices a healthy lifestyle at home with her family. An avid runner, Jessica has completed three Boston Marathons.
Alex is a Physical Therapist in the North Andover and Woburn locations. Alex received a Bachelor of Science in Rehab Sciences and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University. Originally from Gloucester, Massachusetts, Alex now lives in Ipswich. His past volunteer endeavors include providing physical therapy services to participants in the Ride to Conquer Cancer in Montreal, Canada. In his spare time he enjoys running, soccer, golf, tennis, hiking and watching sports.
Melanie joins ProEx as an Exercise Technician in the North Andover location. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and received her degree from Endicott College where she is presently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In addition to her duties as Exercise Technician, Melanie will provide Athletic Trainer services on a per diem basis as needed. Past volunteer activities include working with special education students at Life Choices in Beverly, Massachusetts; fundraising for the ALS Walk in Danvers; and at the Special Olympics Jolly Jaunt in Beverly. Originally from Southampton, Melanie now lives in North Andover.
Leah received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. Prior to joining ProEx she was a Health Coordinator with HealthCorps in New York City where she implemented a health and wellness program focused on fitness, nutrition and mental resiliency in an urban high school. Leah lives in her hometown of Lynn, Massachusetts, where in her spare time she enjoys playing piano, yoga and healthy cooking.
Christina works as an Exercise Technician and Front Desk Specialist in the North Andover location. In this dual role, she assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs and also oversees the clinic schedule and handles phone calls. Prior to joining ProEx, Christina was a Physical Therapy Aide with Elite Physical Therapy. She is presently pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology from UMass-Lowell. A resident of Peabody, Christina is a member of and public relations coordinator for the A Cappella group “Fermata Nowhere.” The group has a devotion to community service and regularly performs at nursing facilities. “Fermata Nowhere” holds an annual fundraiser with proceeds benefitting different causes yearly.
Cole is from Woburn, Massachusetts and joins ProEx as a Front Desk Specialist in the North Andover location. He is a graduate of Westfield State University and has a degree in Movement Science with a concentration on Sports Medicine. Cole is a Certified Nurse’s Aide. Prior to pursuing his degree full-time, he was an Exercise Technician with ProEx Physical Therapy at the Woburn clinic. A former Lead Instructor with Holland’s Hockey Academy, he presented “Concussions in Youth Hockey” during the November 2015 Massachusetts Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (MAHPERD) Leadership Conference. Cole is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and in his spare time enjoys hockey and activities with family and friends.
