Our ProEx Physical Therapy Clinic in Haverhill, Ma. will have a name change as soon as the second Haverhill location in Dudley Plaza opens it's doors. Haverhill in Bradford Plaza will be refered to as the ProEx Physical Therapy Bradford Clinic. It is a 1,500 sq ft facility located in the Bradford Plaza next to Latitude Fitness. This clinic currently operates with two physical therapists, two exercise technicians and additional support staff.
Our convenient location in the Bradford Plaza allows us to serve the physical therapy and sports medicine needs of numerous towns and cities around Haverhill Massachusetts. We are located in Bradford Plaza on RT 125. Take EXIT 51 A-B east from 495 to Main St. Follow Main Street (Rt#125/110) to Haverhill. Cross the river. At the intersection of Main St. and Ferry St, make a hard Left on Ferry St. Entrance to the Bradford Plaza will be on the right.
Karen earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2003 where she was also a member of the Golden Flyers women's field hockey team. Karen has completed a two year fellowship program for orthopedic therapy. She specializes in orthopedics, spine and sports medicine and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Karen received her certification by Workwell Occupational Health Systems to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations in 2008. As the Quality Assurance Coordinator for all of the ProEx clinics, Karen sets the expectation of excellence company wide. Karen has provided her physical therapy skills to residents of Peru through the Global Health Ministry, a program that sends health care teams to developing countries around the world.
Nicole graduated from Northeastern University with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2006. She then completed a 2 year residency program in Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2009. Nicole has worked at ProEx since 2001 and firmly believes in the philosophy of treatment here that encompasses manual and exercise therapy as well as a holistic approach to betterment of the whole body through overall wellness techniques. Nicole enjoys teaching and mentoring both students of physical therapy and colleagues in the areas of spine treatment and graded exercise therapy. She is the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) for the organization which allows her to supervise and organize all collegiate students that intern here at ProEx. She is also a teaching assistant and mentor for ProEx’s Advanced Clinical Education Program. Nicole has been certified by WorkWell systems to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and has extensive experience in work injury management. She continues her education through the ProEducation Series as well as outside courses throughout the year. Nicole is a member of the APTA.
Josh is a physical therapist in Haverhill, Massachusetts with a focus on manual therapy and medical exercise therapy, integrating all elements of rehabilitation into a seamless package to provide the highest quality of patient care. Josh received both his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University. Originally from Cumberland, Rhode Island, Josh now lives in Nashua, New Hampshire where in his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar, running, soccer, hockey and surfing. In past years he has volunteered at the Boston Marathon’s finish line medical tent and at home games of the New England Revolution as a member of the operations and stretcher crew.
Matt works as a staff Physical Therapist, working from both the Amesbury and Haverhill locations. Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree from Merrimack College and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). A resident of Methuen, Matt enjoys hockey, snowboarding, exercise, softball and listening to music in his spare time.
Tyler works as a physical therapist assistant in the Haverhill. In this role, he provides therapeutic treatments and home exercise programs for patients. Tyler’s experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant spans more than eight years; prior to joining ProEx he held the post at Physical Therapy of Woburn and previously with North South Physical Therapy. He holds an Associate’s degree from North Shore Community College and is certified in Strength and Conditioning. Tyler resides in Salem where in his spare time he enjoys all outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, kayaking, golfing and softball.
Meaghan joins ProEx with previous experience as a Physical Therapy Aid at two regional physical therapy and sports rehabilitation practices. In addition, she was a lifeguard at the University of New England. A graduate of the University of New England with a Bachelor of Science degree, Meaghan is CPR and First Certified. She is an active volunteer, most recently with a Special Olympics swim event in Biddeford, ME and the Bid Against Child Abuse Auction in Kennebunk, ME. She has also volunteered with the Northern York County YMCA Swim Team in Biddeford. Meaghan resides in her hometown of Methuen and in her spare time enjoys swimming, working out, visits to the beach and activities with family.
David is an exercise technician at the Haverhill location. In this role, he instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. David, who graduated from the University of Southern Maine, has an extensive background in the sports industry. He was a Major League Strength Coach for the Boston Red Sox from 2006 to 2011 and served in the same capacity with the Arizona Diamondbacks from 1999 – 2005. Previously, he was a Minor League Strength Coach with the Florida Marlins. David was honored as the Major League Baseball Strength Coach of the Year in 2007. In 2010, he presented “Incorporating Fitness Into Your Baseball Practice” at the World Baseball Coaches Convention. Originally from Fairfield, Maine, he now lives in Methuen with his wife Lori and their two sons.
Cameron is from Lowell, Massachusetts and works as an Exercise Technician in the Haverhill location. In this role, Cameron instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. She has a degree in Massage Therapy from Massachusetts Bay Community College and is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology from UMASS-Lowell. Cameron interned at Norwood Physical Therapy and practiced Massage Therapy at The Spa at Jaie 3 in Medfield. She is an active volunteer with the Club of UMASS Lowell, specifically with the program e-NABLE where she participates in creating 3-D printed prosthetic hands for children. In her spare time Bliss enjoys cooking and outdoor activities; she is presently training for a half marathon.
Julia works as a Front Desk Specialist operating out of the Haverhill location. In this role, her responsibilities include greeting patients, obtaining authorizations and referrals, overseeing the clinic schedule and handling phone calls. Prior to joining ProEx, Julia was a rehab aide at Merrimack Valley Health Center. She lives in her hometown of Haverhill where in her spare time she enjoys hockey, music, reading and days at the beach. Her volunteer activities include event coordination for Paws 4 A Cure held at Westfield State.
Felicia works as a Front Desk Specialist in the Haverhill location. In this role, she greets patients, oversees the clinic schedule and handles phone calls. Prior to joining ProEx, Felicia was a Medical Receptionist/Assistant with New England ENT. She holds a degree as a Medical Assistant from Lincoln Technical Institute is a Certified Nurse’s Assistant and is fluent in Spanish. Originally from Queens, New York Felicia now lives in Haverhill with her husband and their two children. She is an active volunteer with Fema House, providing cosmetology services for women of domestic violence who are starting over.
