ProEx Physical Therapy - Epping NH is located 1/8 of a mile North of Rte 101(Exit 7) on Calef Highway (Rte.125) in the Eppicenter Plaza.
Tom is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Health and Fitness from Springfield College and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University. In Tom's 11 years as a Strength and Conditioning Trainer, he has developed programs for the US Naval Academy, Phillip Exeter Academy and Pinkerton Academy. Tom has had great success in his personally developed program of â€œHardcore Trainingâ€ a combination of military training and aerobic conditioning.
As an Exercise Technician, Andrew will assist the staff of Physical Therapists in delivering exercise therapy to patients. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives in Exeter, NH and developed his interest in physical therapy through his own personal experience at physical therapy due to injuries when younger. One day Andrew hopes to travel through Europe, skydive and attend a Superbowl.
Maureen received an Associates Degree from North Shore Community College and ultimately aspires to return to school one day. Prior to joining ProEx Physical Therapy in 2008, Maureen worked as an Emergency Room Secretary at Salem Hospital in Salem, Massachusetts. In her spare time, Maureen enjoys reading, cooking, and tending to her son's numerous sports teams. Originally from the mean streets of Lynn, MA, Maureen has adapted to NH living by raising chickens in Raymond, along with her husband and two sons.
